Bernadette (Tina) M. Wing
President and CEO
Tina has held several technical and business executive leadership positions throughout her 40+yr career at IBM. Her "systems thinker t-shaped"; background included key leadership roles in organizations such as: Development, Product Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Systems Assurance, Product Management, HR, Operations, and Process Engineering; with cross-business unit experience. In one of her key executive leadership roles, she was responsible for the overall talent management worldwide for multiple business units.
Her responsibilities included building the pipelines with diverse talent and identifying leadership needs to ensure IBM continues to be a corporate leader in its commitment to developing talent. During her tenure, IBM was recognized by Fortune Magazine/Aon Hewitt as the global Top Company for Leaders and named as one of the top 10 best companies for women to work by NAFE/Working Mother Magazine.
Tina has a M.S. Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from Vassar and a B.S Chemistry/Math/Biology from Marist College. She also completed the MIT Management of Technology Program and Columbia Mini-MBA program. In addition, she has taken various management, leadership, and program management courses continuously throughout her career to supplement her technical background.

William B. Wing
Managing Partner
Bill Wing has been working for Fortune 500 companies for the past 25 years. Utilizing his extensive and unique background, he strategically assists organizations in successfully achieving their human resources and sales objectives. With a keen capacity for leadership, comprehensive business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding skills in identifying sales, technical and operational talent, Bill is an authority in his field of endeavor.
Working in various sales leadership roles and at the senior director level in human resource positions, he knows both the sales and human resources environment like the back of his hand. In fact, his level of understanding of the sales and human resource arena is unparalleled demonstrated by his receiving 5 national annual sales awards for his outstanding achievements. He also brings years of career counseling to his background. With a great deal of experience to his credit, Bill has developed a unique talent for assessing and developing senior leadership talent so necessary in today's market.
Active in his community, Bill served as Board of Directors at Any Baby Can, a non-profit agency where he served on the Advisory Board. He also volunteered his time by providing human resources support and serves as a Board Member to Campfire USA, a National based non-profit agency. Bill has taught Human Resources and provided several career seminars at the university level as well as at INROADS. Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, M.P.A. Marist College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work, M.S.W. University at Michigan.

Stephanie M. Wing
Managing Partner
It takes a special person to match applicants to the right job and Stephanie Wing is definitely that person. As Managing Partner, Stephanie collaborates with other staff members to determine and identify exactly what the client needs. Performing intensive research and evaluations, she uses her resources and her gift for applicant matching to find the right candidates.
To Stephanie’s way of thinking, it’s important to identify the right candidate for any particular executive or professional position and that means not simply filling a slot but making sure that each candidate fits well into the company’s culture. In addition to matching a company’s philosophy and the organization's mission, Stephanie does her utmost to make sure the candidate fits well within the company’s personality.
Stephanie graduated with a BA degree in Business from Southwestern University, TX, and her MBA at Liberty University in VA. Based on her background and degree, she had the opportunity to have various corporate internships for IBM in their Marketing, Customer Relations, and Global Learning Services organizations. In addition, she has worked in the retail industry for a number of years receiving several awards in sales and customer service. She is very active in the community and has volunteered her time at several nonprofit agencies.
